I had a lot of reaction to my BLOG two weeks ago about French film ‘The Day I Saw Your Heart’.
There seem to be strong feelings out there about the lack of decent ‘mainstream’ movies (and TV drama?) compared to so many of the foreign films and TV shows .
SO this week – to go alongside my list of BRITISH TV Drama of Oct 25th – here is a list of the best FOREIGN films and TV shows I can remember seeing in the last few years. Foreign isn’t strictly accurate – I’m talking about anything that’s not out of the UK or US.
I’m sure you will have strong views about your own favourite ‘foreign’ films and TV shows – I thoroughly recommend all these films \ shows – but they are the tiny tip of a very large iceberg.
